In order to meet with total precision and highest quality each Customer’s request, answering fastly and with effectiveness and efficiency to every specific need, QF has got with an internal department dedicated to research and development of high performing, functional and technologically advanced solutions.

Starting from the Customer’s drawing, QF’s skilled technicians deal with the product engineering phase, using the most appropriate combinations of the available technologies.

QF takes advantage of using CAD/CAM programming systems, such as latest generation like Inventor/Esprit.

QF works closely with its customer from the earliest planning phases, so as to improve technical characteristics and the industrialization of the product, always maintaining and ensuring compliance of the performance and of the requests.

The real ‘beating heart’ of the Company is the area where QF realizes all the equipment that supports the production department. Everything is made in-house and carefully assessed and studied in detail: from the choice of steel to use for the moulds to the right tolerances of each product.
