Thanks to an internal specialized Research & Development Department, QF studies and directly realizes all Gauges and measuring systems necessary for checking and testing each part.

The Quality Control and Assurance Department, taking advantage of the scrupulous internal system of tested procedures, monitors and verifies each production cycle, overseeing the whole process from the inception to final inspection, in order to ensure product conformity compared to the drawing and customer’s specific needs.

Because QF products are intended for safety systems, the whole production is subjected to 100% Final Inspection (visual/dimensional), realized through the use of highly qualified personnel and/or through Automatic Control machinery equipped with High-resolution Cameras.

Moreover, it is also regularly carried out also several tests, destructive and non-destructive, which every year is checked by third parties.
